OUR STORY

Informed and inspired by the lived experience of its founders, the Social Justice Network (SJN) is a 501©3 non-profit organization formed by Terrence Coffie, Minerva Pascual, Juan Molina, David A. Gethers, Claudette Robertson, Lester Kenion, and Fetelifestation.com, a NYC based internet radio station.

The mission of SJN is to educate, empower and uplift communities adversely affected by the criminal legal system. SJN re-imagines reentry and envisions an ecosystem view and approach to reentry strategies and recognizes the need for multi-sectorial, inter-agency, collaboration and coordinated support for individuals with conviction histories.

SJN is committed to disrupting the current service model that provides the formerly incarcerated with siloed supportive services and seeks to create an interactive web of service professionals which is held together and buttressed by peer support, advocacy and access to resources.
